Now a days everyone of us want to have a wifi zone around us. But many times it is not possible to find a wifi zone near us and sometimes we have internet access on our laptop but we want to access on our mobile phones nut we don’t know how. There are number of third party software which can be used to create a wifi hot spot in a laptop and through which we can access internet over mobile through laptop. But third party software are not always secure. These software contains malwares , spywares and viruses. So to overcome this we create a virtual network over which we can create a wifi hotspot and access through mobile phones. In windows there is an option of wireless adhoc network through which we can connect two systems and access files and internet through them but “MOBILES CAN NOT BE CONNECTED OVER ADHOC NETWORK”. It is not possible to share internet on mobile through an Adhoc Network. 

What Is An Ad-Hoc Network?

An Ad-hoc network is a decentralized type of wireless network. It does not rely on pre-existing infrastructure like routers.

So, Finally The Question Is How To Access Internet  On Mobile Through Laptop?

Here Are The Steps to create wifi hotspot in laptop:

1. Run the Command Prompt as Administrator by “Run as Administrator” command.
   
2. 
   • Type the command ‘ netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=asd key=password ‘ and press Enter.
   • Now there will be a screen which says “hosted network has been set to allow“
   • Now, again type ‘ netsh wlan start hosted network ‘
   • This command will start the hosted network and you can access this network over any device having Wifi.
   • Username in this case is ‘asd’ and the password is ‘password’.

   • How This Command Line Works?

     
     
     Netsh- Netsh means Network Shell is a command line utility in Windows line Of Operating System.
     
     Wlan- Wlan refers to wireless network.
     Netsh wlan enables the wireless network.
     
     
     set hosted network- Set the system as the host to share data over wifi and create a wifi hotspot.
     mode=allow- allows the system to share data and internet over wifi.
     ssid- “Service Set Identifier” is the public name of the wifi network through which one identifies it.
     key- It is the password for the wifi network.
